    X1E hinge question

    Hey Guys,
    My X1E has this squeaking sound coming from the hinge area. Its from the plastic strip cover that goes over the hinge. Is there a way to remove that plastic piece?

    Just an update on this, spoke to Lenovo and they changed the palm rest and the hinge. No more creaking sounds.
