I've installed Windows 8 on my x200, everything works mostly normal except 2 problems:
1. there is no power manager. although the system update tool showed it on the list of updates, it's not anywhere on the system.
2. Bluetooth stays on after sleep, even if it was turned off before. Also the Fn+ F5 switch doesn't work at all.
Any tips on how to make these work? no help on Lenovo drivers site.

The problem at this stage is that the Power Manager don't work properly under Windows 8, it is a known issue at the moment. I'm pretty sure Lenovo is working on a fix for this so frustrating it may seem, you will have to hold tight and wait until an optimised version of Power Manager for Windows 8 to come out.

I recently loaded Windows 8 Pro on my X120e, and for the lack of Power Manager, I just downloaded and installed the latest Windows 7 Power Manager package (run in Windows 7 compatibility mode). It installed and seems to work just fine. Be sure to install the latest version of the power management driver before you install PM, though.

thx for tip on power manager. will try this soon.
anyone on the bluetooth setting? it's really annoying to find out that the setting is not kept even when you switch it off.
After install and system update there was no switch at all. After an update in windows update I thought it will be ok since the switch finally was showing up, but as I've said it's not really useful.
