This just happened to my x200, battery is 4-cell, cycle is only 100+ from recent check prior to this. Orange battery led keeps flashing. It is fully charged (100%), but it is completely off when i unplug the power source. It says "a battery has occurred. The battery cannot be charged. Replace the battery".

is there anything i can do other than buying new battery? is the battery covered by warranty, machine is still under warranty. Thanks in advance

Turn off the laptop, take out the battery, put back the battery, turn on you laptop. See if this fix your problem. If this does't fix your problem, then you battery is bad.
