I had few question some time ago, but for some reason I can't find the old thread anymore. But I have more info now:
I have X200t, with newly installed Win7 32 Professional (clean install), drivers from Lenovo site and Windows Update. I also have X200 dock and Dell 2405FPW monitor connected via the dock and DisplayPort->DVI cable. (Previously I had Vista 32 Ultimate for few months).
Number of problems (which I would like to solve):
1)
After docking the computer, the external monitor flickers significantly (random color of pixels, but not everywhere, just parts of the image. Like if there is corruption in the video memory). Computer works. I need to reboot and then the external monitor works fine. Internal screen is 1280x800, external is 1920x1200. Anybody else has this problem?
Driver: 8.15.10.1968 from Intel.
2) Wifi:
Sometimes after sleep and wake up, the WiFi (Intel 5300) cannot be turned on. It seems to be switched off in software and only reboot helps. I asked previously and jonlumpkin adviced clean install. I did this with Win7 but the problems are the same as they were in Lenovo-branded Vista. Drivers should be the newest (13.0.0.107 from Intel)? Any suggestions? Lenovo Access Connections are installed but seem to have no effect.
3) Battery: In Vista I was getting decent 8 hours (8 cell battery, LED screen, wifi off, medium brightness, 500GB/5400 Caviar Blue). Now, with Win7 I get hardly 6 (though I changed the drive for 320GB/7200 Caviar Black, temporarily). Any experience that X200(t) would have less stamina with Win7? I have seen multiple reports that XP gives longer life then Win7, but Vista/Win7 should be comparable. In both cases (Vista/Win7), I turned Aero off.
4) (Not directly X200t/Lenovo related): I tried this express card: Startech ECESATA1 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16839158031
for eSATA port on my X200t, but I was highly unhappy with the speed (~40MB/s), with both WD Caviar Blue/Black drives (though the black one was few MB/s faster). Internally, they peak around ~85MB/s and USB2.0 gave around 25MB/s. So I returned that card as being too slow (I tried Vista and XP, and two different eSATA enclosures). Any experience or ideas? Having eSATA would be nice (I transfer a lot of large datasets).
Any suggenstions are appreciate.
Otherwise, the computer is great (SL9600) and with Win7 it is really snappy, even without SSD. I added Logitech V450 Nano mouse and can't be happier owner. Size is perfect for me.

OK, answering myself.
1) Battery life:
I reinstalled power manager, power manager driver and put back the WD 500GB Scorpio Blue. The battery life seems to be the same as with Vista. (The Scorpio Black was too noisy and probably needed too much energy. The 500GB Blue is more then enough for me).
2) Wifi: Hard to tell. It happens some times, not too often.
3) Display driver: The older GM45 driver from Lenovo was crashing (after sleep or screensaver, not sure). I put the newest one there and accept that changing from internal to external (via docking) requires reboot (otherwise strong artifacts appear). Let's see what Lenovo/Intel will work on in next weeks.
X200(t) problem (drivers?): screen/dock/wifi/battery
