I discovered that my headphone jack is apparently not working on my brand new X200. I used a couple different headphones to confirm he problem is indeed with the notebook. The speakers seem to work fine, and in fact continue to project with headphones plugged into the jack.

    1) There's no button or setting that would disable the headphone jack, right?
    2) If I have 3 yr depot warranty, how long should I realistically expect to be without my laptop for repairs? Do they contract with someone locally. I live in Austin, Tx.

    Thanks!

It is probably just some driver or setting. Poke around the audio device settings and try the drivers. If you still have issues you can call support if you think it is hardware related, but I would wager it being software first.
