    Hi,

    Because I could not pull out the pen from my x200t, and also, the cover could not be closed tightly(will vibrate when write in tablet model), i sent it to Lenovo to repair.

    However, when it was returned to me, I found out that the pen was fixed, but the cover was still loose. MOREOVER, there is a pretty noticeable scratch on the right side of the frame of the screen. Besides that, the frame on the top-right side was bent over(noticeable). I think those two problems are caused by the technician who opened the frame of the screen trying to fix the problem.

    There is also another problem with my X200t. I ordered this tablet with WUSB from lenovo.com, but I did have a chance to use it so far. While i sent it to repair, I received a call from them, telling me that this x200t didn't have a WUSB in it!!! And they told me they could not do anything about it, asking me to call Sales.

    Pretty help me, I don't know what to do with these problems.

    Thanks

    Call them and demand to get your issue handled properly. Call sales too evidently?

    @bigreat:

    You might want to PM Mark Hopkins of Lenovo, who can likely help with your situation. Be polite and patient and be sure to provide him all available case numbers and other data provided to you by EasyServ (and whomever else you've spoken with about these problems).

    Hope this helps! Good luck.

    Cheers,
    ~tdr.
