    X201 SSD upgrade, getting to "Please wait, Preload Customizations in progress" and no further

    Bought an SSD to replace the HDD

    using official Lenovo recovery disks

    getting to getting to "Please wait, Preload Customizations in progress" and no further

    waited an hour at this stage, clicked the X to close, claimed not complete

    restarts and loops to "Please wait, Preload Customizations in progress", then claims incomplete, repeat.
