    So this is a complete shot in the dark, since I have no idea how these cards work, but is it possible to upgrade the 3g module in my x201 to a 4g card in the future? (Assuming one is actually made)

    Since it's not out yet, it's kind of hard to give a definitive answer. It'll would probably depend on the parts required and whether they're compatible with your X201.
