I think I'm having issue on my wireless radio switch, everytime I switch it off it needs more push/pressure to the front when switching it on otherwise it would not switch on. Do you think its an hardware issue or software issue? How hard is it to change the switch by our own? I tried looking at the hardware manual but seems cannot found it specifically. Is it directly soldered into the mainboard? Thanks all

You should still have warranty, given the age of your machine.
From memory it is on the motherboard, but you should check it here:
Lenovo Support - Hardware Maintenance Manual - ThinkPad X200, X200s, X200si, X201, X201i and X201s
You are probably better off with using the software switch, using the Fn+F5. If you don't have warranty.
