I did a search but could not find such post.

Anyhow, the common sense is that wifi consumes more power than bluetooth due to its data rate and working distance. however, i see the opposite to be true in my X201 tablet. all other parameter remain the same: i get 6~7 hours on wifi, but 5 hours with bluetooth? this is such a deal breaker as i love to tether my computer to my Nokia N900 when i travel, yet i get maybe 60% of advertised battery life.

i'd like to know whether this is a isolated issue, or is it the norm with X20x?

    Thanks

p.s. i turned off wifi when i tether bluetooth.
