    Any suggestions on where you can (reliably) get an X201T replacement screen?

    It's not an ultra-bright or multi-touch version. Just a standard one (though, if it is possible, she might be interested in an ultra-bright. Don't really know.). A friend fell on hers and cracked the top part of it. The local repair center told her it would be 1k+ to fix it. I'm sure it can be fixed for less, right?

    Just in case you are wondering, we are both capable of using a screw driver and reading an instruction manual.

    replacing tablet screen is not a easy task.
    have you try to talk to lenovo about it?
    1k is outages, but for 300~400 dollar is a comfortable price.
    ebay is your friend, i suppose.
