All of a sudden my X21's fan doesn't turn on, no matter how hot the heat sink is... It spins up a little when the computer turns on and then instantly goes off. It used to move air when the computer was just starting to get warm, and never let it get more than "warm to the touch", but now after about 30 minutes of just web surfing and such the whole keyboard is hotter than hell and the fan isn't running. I've pulled the keyboard off and the heat sink is burning to the touch. I've already replaced the HSF with a known good unit, so I'm pretty sure it's not that...
Does anyone know what might be causing my problems?
