    Is the plug from the cord to the adapter suppose to fit all the way in or does it stick out as shown on the attaced pictures?

    Same here in both the 65w 'regular' and 90w 'slim' adapter.

    Ya it really takes a good yank for the power cord to get loose from the AC adapter. Not that you should be doing that. :)

    Sarcasm: Make the molded part of the plug stick out further, so it will have a nice long lever arm to help break the socket on the adapter. When the user winds the cord, the first bend will be at a more acute angle, making the cord fray faster. Good work : P
