    I've just updated my X220 from W7 to W8.

It's all working fine except for Bluetooth which can't see or be seen by other devices. BT is switched on and device manager says it's working.

Does anyone recognise this problem or have any advice please?

I just discovered for the first time today that Win 8 does not see my bluetooth on my x61. I tried running the Vista and Win 7 drivers but an error pops up stating that the program is not compatible. :(

I didn't try to load any additional drivers.
Device Manager says the bluetooth device driver is working, so I'm not going to complicate matters by trying any others unless someone comes up with a known good replacement.

I spent about an hour or two yesterday manually loading all of the Win 8 drivers for the X220. I think there were a couple of new Bluetooth drivers.

Normally I have Bluetooth turned off, but when I turned it on I do not get an exclamation pt. I do however get one on the WAN Miniport device. That seems to be a problem we all have.

Do you have a link for the W8 bluetooth drivers? I didn't see them in the driver matrix - wondering if I was looking in the wrong place.
