    Hi,

I have found 4 defects on my X220 and wanted to share my problem with all of you so that I could get feedback. I think the problems I am having are very common defects and they are mostly not covered under warranty.

I explained everything clearly in the video below:

Lenovo Thinkpad X220 Manufactural Defects on Case - YouTube

But I think, if these are common, then they should be fixed and these cannot be the damages of the user, rather the failure of manufacturer.

Thanks for watching, waiting for your feedback.

That's some poor customer service right there, but I'm not surprised - you contacted the computer store about this, and stores generally have lower interest giving people service after purchase than the manufacturer. I think if you call Lenovo themselves you will probably get better treatment. After all, Lenovo have some of the world's most loyal customers and have built their company on IBMs impeccable build quality and customer service.
