    X220 Slice Battery pricing

    Seems like all of the review of the slice battery for the X220 stated $179, but lenovo has it for 229.99.

    Did they raise the price or were all of the reviews wrong about the pricing?

    reviews were probably wrong about the pricing.... as with all things lenovo something will go on sale.

    Hopefully soon, I was going to order the T420 but with the consensus that the screen as really bad I decided to order the X220. The slice battery would be perfect for camping trips to allow use a a few hours a night movie watching.

    i had the 179 pricing option when i was ordering the laptop but buying it separately is more expensive

    Ok, that's what I thougt, I thought I saw it for $179 Monday/Tuesday but now it's not an option when your doing a custom order. :mad:

    I just tried to Customize one and didn't see the option ... Maybe they removed it since they do not have a very strong inventory??
