    March 19 was 2 weeks ago.

    This is a marketing presentation. Read: it is full of technical errors. For example, it mentions USB3 on the tablet version (slide 34). And on slide 22 they only list i3 and i5 for X220 and X220T. If they make that kind of mistakes I wouldn't put any stock into the dates listed on the slides.
