    I just ordered X220 tablet with 4GB of memory. I wanted to upgrade to 8GB, but I didn't want to pay another $100. Any recommendations of upgrade options?

    What specs should I be looking for?

    DDR3-1333 SO-DIMM

    Might want to compare it against your existing stick just to be sure. I'm using G.Skill in my not terribly dissimilar machine, and it's been fine.
