I'm trying to remove the bloatwares that's been installed on X220. Other than the Norton IS and Office trial, are the rest of the bloatwares stored in C:/SWTOOLS ? If so, can someone just simply delete them ?

You can opt out of installing Norton at OOBE, and the basic version of Office is relatively easy to uninstall.

C:\SWTOOLS just holds install files for a bunch of utilities including some of the ThinkVantage ones. I'd leave C:\SWTOOLS alone.
