Hi folks, just got the x220 shipped in yesterday. Nice little machine, except that I have a dead pixel near the centre of the viewing area. It's not too noticable with colored backgrounds and pretty much invisible on white backgrounds, however dark backgrounds reveals a lone dead pixel.

While I could probably live with the pixel, it does seem a little unfair that I receive a product that is somewhat defective. Does anyone else have any experience with dead pixels?

FYI the screen is the IPS upgraded version

Thanks and look forward to your replies

you need 3 dead pixels to get an exchange or repair.
