    For a given part #, e.g. Manufacturing part number 4286CTOR9DCRDD.

    How can I check the specific parts that includes?

    e.g: That notebook includes premium HD?

    I want to check out lenovo outlet opportunities.

    No, they just never list if it's IPS or not. You need to look up the parts list for ones you're interested in.

    Spec the same machine from lenovo with all the possible discounts and compare the price. But spec it with 2gb and the lowest price hdd. Memory and hard drive are always cheaper to get on your own and you get a longer warranty.
