I just bought my X220 recently. And it turns out to be a good deal after a price match LOL~ Anyway.. I curiously went to the website today and found there was only X230 under X series. It seems that Lenovo decided to stop producing X220?

Yeah, the X230 is the current production model. They still sell the X220, but it's just them dumping inventory at this point. Nothing wrong with the X220 whatsoever though.

No point in selling X220 alongside X230, they would be losing $$ on new product. They'll likely sell in bulk the leftovers to resellers like Provantage, Cost Central, not there's anything wrong with X220.

I truly love my X220. Best laptop I've ever owned. I wish the X230 was exactly the same as this one but with Ivy Bridge and that swanky back lighting on the keyboard :) That would have pushed me to sell this one and get a new one. But ah well..I can live without those things for now.

Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine!
