So I just got my IPS screen replaced for wonkiness (image kept cutting out and going to white/garbled nonsense) today onsite, but as the guy is contracted by Lenovo to do his work, he doesn't actually have a stock of parts on him (or so he claimed). Upshot is even though he replaced the screen and it works great now, he didn't have replacement screw covers for the two screws on the bottom left and right. I know this is nitpicky but it's annoying having a third color over there, especially when it's similar to but still differs from the color of the steel hinges. Anyone know where I could get these for not too much? Would Lenovo send it to me if I asked them? I think this thing here might include it:
Miscellaneous service parts - ThinkPad X220, X220i
Thanks all, enjoy the weekend

Have you tried eBay?

I had the same issue after my screen was replaced. Screw covers haven't changed in size in a while. Ones for older Thinkpads work fine. I bought these, good seller.

They finally came in today. Color is pretty close and while I couldn't get them exactly flush with the case on both sides, that's a small price to pay to avoid those damn screws
X220 screw covers.
