What is the frequency and timing on the base 2GB DDR3 memory that comes with X220?

Ordered my X220 a few days ago and want to order some a 4GB stick that matches the stock memory's frequency and timing :)

I'm pretty sure that all Sandy Bridge based laptops from Lenovo ship with DDR3 1333 RAM with 9-9-9-24 timings.

And both Crucial and Kingston have websites that will get you compatible memory sticks.

Just checked in CPU Z for you and the specs are indeed DDR3 1333 RAM with 9-9-9-24 timings for my 2gb module.

I am looking as well and will have to buy something within a couple days for it to arrive about the same time as the computer. Best I have seen, as far as 4gb sticks go anyways, is a stick of Corsair for $35 shipped at newegg. There are plenty of choices for about the same money, but to me that is the best bet so far being good name brand, not a value line product, from a good store. I guess in the back of my mind I kind of want to see a good name 8gb kit for $40-$50 after rebate, but while I have seen close, I havent seen anything in that range. 6gb total is fine though. Dont really need a full 8.
