    Hey everyone.
When i try to change speakers volume through the keyboard volume controls when surfing in chrome they doesn't respond.
It seems like this issue happens only in google chrome.
Has anyone experienced the same problem?

Similar problem, and I've had it since the T60 days. When I have MPC-HC running, if I use the volume buttons it controls the program's volume instead of windows. Just some weird interaction with Hot Key Features. Probably something similar for you with Chrome.

Are you by any chance running the dev channel release? In the latest release, there's been a weird bug that has been introduced where none of the media center buttons (play, pause, stop, next, previous, volume, etc) will work. Additionally, the forward/back buttons also don't work. It's been acknowledged as a bug and should be fixed in the next dev channel release.

Some programs intercept the volume controls (mostly media players like VLC, MPC-HC, Splash Pro, etc.)

Not sure why Chrome would try to intercept such keystrokes. Also not sure why Chrome is (presumably) messing with lower level keyboard stuff.
