    Hello everyone.

My i7 X220 has been serving me well for these past few years. I'm running Corsair Vengeance RAM (1866MHz) on the 1.28 BIOS, the last version that supported speeds over 1333MHz.

My question is: will the X220 run 2133MHz SODIMMs at that speed? For example, Kingston HyperX modules. Has anyone tried this? Or is 1866MHz the memory speed ceiling for this laptop?

    Thanks in advance!
