I just received my T520 yesterday and put in a new M4 256gb, updated the firmware and this thing flies. No issues here.

Hey ThiPax40 nice scores. I have the same drive but my 4k writes are around 10-13mb/s. Any tweaks am i missing? I have UEFI Boot, ACHI, latest intel chipset and intel RST driver installed.
