I am not sure what happened, but the touchpad and trackpoint stopped working after a reboot. I found the mouse setting and it was disabled, but everything was greyed out so I can enable it. I tried everything and nothing worked, so I uninstalled it from device driver and then it worked, but there is no menu to change any of the settings.

I installed the synaptic driver but it is a bit messed up in the setting.... I want to revert back to the original Lenovo drivers but the one I found on Lenovo is dated september 2010 and it doesn't give me the original setting/menu. Does anyone here had this problem or know how I can install the original menu/drivers back?

Same problem as other posts (same system: X220t 6Gb 160Gb SSD WIndows 7 64bit).
Ultranav and Trackpoint suddenly stopped working. Windows/mouse settings- Ultranav greyed out (disabled?). System sttings driver loaded, device operating. If go to ThinkVantage Toolbox/Diagnostics/Other Devices then both UltraNav + Tuchpad work fine under testing, then disapear again as soon as you click "pass"??? Seems something loaded in Windows that is disabling / conflicting with UltraNav?
    Any ideas?

Found it! Help if they gave a manual! Fn F8 allows you to selectively enable / disable UltraNav and /or TouchPad. Suer I didn't do it manually, something must have done it for me during installs.
