Hello, I am a facing an issue with my touchpad after 1 year of use with the X230.
I use the trackpoint and the left and right mouse button on the touchpad only.

The issue I am facing is that the LEFT mouse button. I have to tap it slightly harder with pressure for it to register... is it dying or what's going on here? If I put harder pressure than usual the left mouse button registers fine

A minor issue for the screen is that are white spots on the IPS screen visible on white backgrounds... I googled it and it looks like a common issue but isn't as affecting as the mouse one
