    Hi all,

I bought a X320T recently, and it's all working quite well. I'm quite happy with it. Two days ago, It suffered a pretty heavy drop, but amazingly everything stayed in place. There was even a bit of the chassis bulging outwards, but I managed to push it and it just clicked back together.

However, every few hours Windows gives me the beep sound like a USB has been unplugged. At this point the wireless radio stops working, and sometimes even the left click on the trackpad. However, a restart always fixes this issue.

Also, when I tap on the lower left corner of my laptop, it sounds like something is loose and shaking. I'm also able to press the lower left corner in a bit (it's clearly loose)

    I'm wondering:
    1. If I make a warranty claim (I have accidental drops coverage), is there any inccurred cost? Also I have a quite nice screen protector, as well as a third party SSD and RAM installed. Do I need to remove these before handing the laptop over?

    2. I will be permanently moving to the country in a month. How long does the Lenovo repairs take, what's the customer service like and should I consider repairing my laptop over there?

    3. Is there any chance I can just open it up and see if a connector has gotten loose and fix it myself? Will this void the warranty? Are there any guides online as to how to do this?

    Thanks for your help.
