Will the Intel AC9260 wifi / bluetooth card work in the X280?

For it to work, you'll probably need a Lenovo branded card with FRU. That's if it's compatible, which I don't know.

I see posts on Lenovo's forums with users verifying that the 8260 with P/N FRU 01AX769 works on their Lenovos (different models though, not the X280).

think the whitelist have been completely removed for now

I used a killer 1535 off an alienware 17r4 on my P71 and it works fine and able to install drivers

@Synomenon any 9260 will work, Lenovo-branded or not.
