This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     X300 fan replacement outside the US workshop?

    Since I live outside the US it's not easy to get to Lenovopworkshop to replace it's fan as it has huge noise and sometimes I get the can't boot msg due fan error (seems doesn't spin)

    I live in Kuwait but soon visiting Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Zurich and Munich so I thought of taking it with me maybe I can find official workshop there to replace it for me.

    Any recommendations?

    Doing it myself (after watching a YouTube video) seems a bit scary to get things back like it was and I'm afraid to damage it
