I was wondering if someone with an X300 with the solid state drive could let me know how warm the laptop gets after continuous use for several hours. ie, can you continue to use it on your lap (top) without burning anything or being uncomfortable. Thanks!

I have one, and there's zero issue with heat on the bottom after minutes or hours.

Ditto, and I'm running some of the @home distributed computing projects on it.
