I am considering getting the X301. I intend to use for it for light CAD use (CATIA v5r17). I do not intend to do any modeling on it, but I do expect to do frequent referencing of CAD models on it.

Can anyone comment on the 4500HD IGP for light CAD use and or the 1.4Ghz Core 2 Duo chip?

I will likely run CATIA in 16 colors and at low graphics settings, so everything should be okay.

    I really don't want to lug around a W500. :p
