    Love my X301 except the LCD; its poor contrast ratio must be like 10:1 ;-(. The new macbook air 13" has the same size LCD with the same 1440x900 res. Its quality is sooo much better than the X301's. Would it be feasible to pick up one of those panels and put it in the X301?

    don't think you can swap these LCD around that easily, i haven't seen many people modding the X301 LCD yet.
