Hi, all. My sister in-law just brought her X31 Thinkpad she bought from Hong Kong. I got it set up to connect to my wireless LAN. However, the little green antenna light just underneath the screen continually flashes on/off and seems to continually access the network connections and when I'm using my wired desktop computer at the same time my desktop is often slow in downloading images and/or refuses to connect to web pages. When the X31 is not in use I no longer have problems connecting to the internet with the desktop. Interestingly enough, I don't seem to have problems connecting to the internet with >my< laptop even when the X31 is on.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

According to your discription, the X31 computer and your laptop access the internet via WLAN while your desktop connects with wired LAN. I think you must use a wireless AP connected to the HUB of the LAN, right?
If so, I think maybe your AP gets in trouble.
