    Here's the scoop:

One of our users has an X60 laptop (not the tablet) and this morning when he tried to use it, he was prompted to install an update for the built-in EVDO card. Once he did so, the card disappeared from his laptop and he cannot get it to function. The unfortunate part is he is remote in Philadelphia and I cannot physically look at the laptop at this moment, but has anyone seen this particular oddity so we can get some ideas where to look, or have the user look?

    Thanks!
