Straight from X60 specs:
PcCard Slot:
One Type I or one Type II / CardBus Plus (34mm ExpressCard via adapter) / door
Seems that this notebook can use both PC Card and ExpressCard units on the same slot. Wow, this is very important to me, and AFAIK it's a very unique feature not available in other products. Nonetheless I'm a bit puzzled, because the two standards are very different, and I'm worried about compatibility issues..
Do you have any more information about the ExpressCard adapter? Is it external? Does it work well? Does it need OS drivers? Is it a nightmare for Linux users? ...??
Thx in advance!

Yes you are right, it can use both PC and Express Card. If you have closer look on the pc/express card slot there are two slots separated by a thin blade in the middle of the slot inside.

Following up long after the original thread, but I see that no one has answered the question - so here it is for the Google searchers...
subi_kazi must be thinking of a different machine - perhaps some of the T60/T61 models which have both CardBus and ExpressCard slots. They do have a thin metal plate separating the slots as described above, but these are two separate slots behind a single door. You can insert both an ExpressCard and a CardBus card at the same time.
The X60/X61 do not have an ExpressCard slot at all. They have a single CardBus Plus slot. The "Plus" part isn't really relevant here - it apparently allows for video cards and such.
You can get an ExpressCard adapter for *any* CardBus slot. NewEgg has several of them. There's nothing unique about the X60/X61.
Unfortunately, the CardBus-to-ExpressCard adapters support only the USB side of the ExpressCard interface, not the PCI Express side. I had hoped to use an eSATA ExpressCard with the X61 Tablet, but that won't work.
Maybe the X62 will move toward a straight ExpressCard slot...
X60 ExpressCard adapter?
