I'm about ready to place my order for an X60s (and then wait forever for it to arrive). The model I'm looking at is 17044DU which is $1800. I like this one because it ships with the small battery which is fine for me and I like the lighter weight.

However, this unit is missing one thing I want which is Bluetooth. The only real reason I plan to use Bluetooth is for the mouse I will carry with it but it sure is handy. Is it possible to add Bluetooth after the fact? Something I could do myself? Any idea how expensive such a thing would be? I'd hate to have to wait for another model to show up that fits what I want exactly - who knows how long that will be - but I really do want Bluetooth and haven't yet resigned myself to going without it.

Also, the $1800 version comes with 512MB of RAM. I'm planning to purchase and install an extra 1GB myself after the fact. This is pretty easy yes? Just a door on the bottom to unscrew and put it in? I've never owned a Thinkpad - just want to be sure.

    Thanks!

Ack, I just realized that the model I mentioned DOES have Bluetooth. Silly me. Ignore that part!
