The Bluetooth LED on my X61 no longer lights up whenever the Bluetooth is on. I've tried uninstalling + reinstalling both the hotkey utility and Bluetooth software, but, this hasn't helped.

    I'm running Windows Vista Business.

Much thanks to anyone who can help..

Maybe you can try to reinstall the system interface driver?

Tried the system interface driver, unfortunately, that didn't help. What does the system interface driver do, anyway?

Has anyone else had this issue?

A Google search hasn't turned anything helpful up, either. =/

I suppose that's a possibility, but it worked before my last reformat. Does anyone know the particular bit of software that drives those LEDs?

Did you reimage using the Lenovo image or your own and are you using Access Connections to power on the BT?

I used my own image. And I'm using the Fn + F5 to power on the Bluetooth, which isn't Access Connections, but is provided by the hotkey utility, I believe.

FN+F5 is also used to open AC to create network profiles and see BT.
