I have a X61 thinkpad that has a problem docking and undocking with Vista. When the computer is in the docking station and turned off, and I hit the button to undock the computer wakes up, but never undocks. If the computer is awake and then I hit the button to undock, it will give me the popup that undock is complete. However, when I remove the computer the screen is completely black. I can see the HDD activity light and the wireless, so the computer is on, but I can't get the screen to turn on. I hit the fn and F7 button to try and cycle the screen but nothing happens and I then have to reboot the entire computer. Any ideas as to what's causing this behavior?
