    HI can some one post some x61t Tempture I just load vista 64 bit on mine crashing like hell just curios what tempture every one else is run at or what max temp for cpu?

    Looking at your signature, I see that you are talking about X61T. X61T uses low voltage CPU and should run much cooler than X61, which uses normal voltage CPUs. So your X61T's temperature should not be compared to X61.

    But anyway, the cooling fan on the X61T should be able to handle the heat of its CPU pretty well. Have you checked that the CPU fan is working at all? If it does, see if the vent are blocked by dust. If yes, try getting a can of compress air and shoot directly into the vent to clear the dust.
