This CDs could work when you connect them with the Laptop by a single USB cable only.

Do you know is there any good slim external USB DVD with cheaper price that could work with a single USB cable only?

I found on the ebay one guy selling the thinkpad $200 DVD-Rom with $90 only but don't know is this good or not.

I recently bought this off of eBay: LINK

I was able to burn a DVD with only the USB cable attached. This surprised me! In any case, the seller also included a USB->DC power cord as well as an AC->DC adapter.
