    The notebookreview.com notebook database lists 3 Y series Lenovos to be released this year. Are they Thinkpads? Where do they fit in among the existing line? I've been holding out for a 14 inch widescreen T series for portability and high quality, although I wouldn't mind going for something like the X series if it had an optical drive.

    You can find them for sale on Lenovo India
    They are under Lenovo's 3000 series

    I have one, Y400. It is a good laptop, though is different than usual design philosophy of thinkpad. Heck, Y series even different than all of other 3000 series.
