    Hello!

I recently purchased the Y400. I made a ghost image of both the OS partition and the recovery partition. I went to test my backups and it failed. Unfortunately, I had already wiped the hard drive several times.

My request is if someone is willing to restore their Y400 back to when they first got it from factory, create a backup image of the HDD and send it to me somehow. It would likely require a few DVDs or be sent via USB drive or some other form of data storage/transfer I am not aware of.

If it comes down to mailing a USB drive I am willing to pay for sending it back and forth.

Lenovo wants $59 and the support personnel I talked to lead me to believe it still wont restore the system back to factory.

Im fine with my current Windows 7 but I'd like to be able to turn the system back to factory when needed.

    Thank you in advance.
