Though at 300 dollars less and probably equal performance to another in the list, that certainly puts it up there :)

Not sure how the 755 still holds up with today's competition but it could be an OK deal.

Mine's over a year old and still going strong :)

Agreed, it's still doing well and I even modded bios to use the dual band intel 7260 AC :)

I'm biting the bullet and getting this one :) Would have gone with a MSI GX60 or a Sager 4658 otherwise, but the extra cash in pocket is hard to ignore. With it I can set up a monitor to make up for the not-as-good screen and have decent performance. The 755 should definitely be on par with the 840's performance (though not the MSIs 290X)

I was looking at slightly larger screen honestly (15.6), and budget wise I could only afford the Sager NP4658 once warranty and canada warranty shipping was included. It was actually the first computer on my list. However that one has an 840m and the 755m is pretty comparable performance wise (from what I was able to find), even though it's not a Maxwell card. Sager is also an unknown quantity to me at this point. I'm fine with not running on high though :) Thanks for the input though.

Heads up, its expired... Died while I was ordering, so I'll try to see if Lenovo sales might honor it regardless.
