Hey i have had my laptop for a few months now and its great. I haven't played that many intense games yet however. CS:GO i can get 120 fps on high settings and Warthunder i can get 45-60 fps on high as well. However battlefield 4 beta gets like 12 fps on absolutely low settings. I know I can get 45fps on high I have seen it on you tube. My driver is 331.40 and i have most the bf4 files on windows 7 compatibility so it wont crash. Before i turned on compatibility mode the game would be stuck on the loading screen and crash after a few minutes. What is going on? I made the 750m my default card. What else can i do? Also apps like music and store have been extremely lagy lately. Please help me. So i feel like the problem is that for the game it uses the integrated graphics card. not sure why though because, like i said, the 750m is on default for bf4.exe and in general. Asides from it only being 12fps i think this because it wont be pumping out as much heat when i play bf4.

Doublecheck to make sure BF4 is using your nvidia card (have GPU-z running in the background to check if theres any GPU usage on the nvidia card)
Check your system temperatures. If it is overheating, then your computer will throttle itself, giving bad performance. I've heard people say that BF4 can make the laptop overheat easily.

GPU temps didnt go over 72'c
    Capture.JPG
GPU Load didnt go over 40% or 70'C. Is that a problem?

Check NVidia control panel one more time and select auto-select(recommended) for PhysX settings. Sometimes having the computer choose what gpu to use can fix the problem.

Reinstall to W8 and your problems are gone.

GPU usage is pretty low on your system. Looks like your CPU is probably being throttled. I would recommend googling "Throttlestop" and running that program.

thats the interesting thing. When i play other games like CS:GO its at 80-95%. so its only throttled forBF$ but im not sure why. Could it be because i have it in windows 7 compatibility mode?

BF is a lot more CPU intensive than CS. Because BF pushes the CPU a lot, throttling might cause huge slowdowns, as there is a significant difference between a 2.4 and 3.4ghz CPU.

Because Lenovo's pasting jobs are a hit-miss and CPUs are not all manufactured with the same level of heat endurance, hence why some underclock better than others.

I was praised to have a model that doesn't throttle. But i can see Haswell being part of the blame, because Throttling is way more common than it was with Ivy Bridge. Haswell alone ruined laptops like the MSI GE60. i7-4770k on the desktop runs way hotter than 3770k, or even 4820k.

    Yes, clean install of W8.

BF4 quite better on W8 then W7, give it a try.

I downloaded the Beta but it keep getting stuck on the "Loading screen". I can't even launch the game.... how do you manage to start the game?

Mine got stuck at "Loading" then after a minute gives me a message stating that Windows is closing the program...

I must add that I'm using "Origin" to launch the game and I downloaded and update the latest "PunkBuster"...

alright so the temp cant be throttling it because its the same temp when i play cs go and the GPU has no throttling. also i got it to run by putting it into windows 7 compatibility mode but apparently i shouldn't have to. I had the same problem.

Offcourse it can .... if This Laptop Can Run BF3 In Ultra With Average 35-45 fps .... that's mean it also can Run BF4 maybe at Medium - High Setting :v

anddd if you add the GT750M SLI .. maybe it will run at Ultra setting :)
