Love the laptop, size is fairly manageable, it looks quite nice and system performs like a champ.

But it's a bit hot, a bit being an understatement. In bf3 with High graphics, no AA, it hits 95C on the GPU and 90 on the CPU, without even maxing the fans. When I run dust control/clean up it spins up a lot higher letting out more heat.

Is there a way to control the fan? I was thinking of repasting and also is there anyway to control the GPU's voltage?
    Thanks~

Are you using a cooling pad? Repasting might help (I did it on my ultrabay GPU and it REALLY helped) but to repaste the entire laptop takes some skills. I also undervolted my CPU and adjusted my turboing and my CPU runs much cooler.

I'm not on a cooling pad, but it's good to know repasting is helpful! I'll be sure to soon, and no biggie, I tinker with computers as a hobby :p

What did you do? Repaste? I would really recommend undervolting and getting a cooling pad.

I'll try that, I was wondering if fan controls could be possible.

Also, how did you get 755M's in SLI? :O

I have the 510p, not a 410p so I got it stock that way (long story).

Alright, thanks. I'll keep this updated after a repaste and cooling pad.
