I recieved this laptop yesterday and love it. only problem is when i plug it in it says "plugged in, not charging" and im only 48% full. Is this a feature that i have to turn off or a hardware problem?

Go to the lenovo battery management sofware and check if its set to best battery health or optimized for battery run time... if its the former, then it won't charge past ~45-50%
