Hello. I'm getting the BSOD when connecting HDMI. Can anyone help me figure out how to fix it?

I've attempted to roll-back the NVIDIA driver: still BSOD. I again updated NVIDIA driver: still BSOD. I attempted to update Intel driver: still BSOD. I updated Windows: still BSOD.

Any other Y480 members attempt to use HDMI out and works OK?

    Thnx!

    Update:

Computer works fine using HDMI out upstairs and now works downstairs when I take my Yamaha Receiver RX-V567 out of the connection. Have to go to work but will Google it when I get home...

You still think this is the case considering the second post? My co-worker said I needed to update my receiver's firmware...
